About Purchasing Tickets:

Is the ticket cost the same if I am on Active Duty?
For those on Active Duty, we have special tiered pricing available. Please contact your location's ticket representative or email the committee directly for more information.

What forms of payment do you accept?
When purchasing tickets or donating via our GiveButter website, you can choose to pay via credit/debit, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Text-to-Donate, and more. Please note that there may be a small convenience fee for online payments. If you are purchase tickets or donating in person, you can also do so by cash or check.
*Please Note* When making a payment via the GiveButter platform, you will see an option to "tip" GiveButter. You can select "other" and zero out this dollar amount as to not incur additional charges beyond what is required.

How can I collect my tickets?
Starting at 6:00PM, there will be tables set up just outside of the ballroom. Here, you will collect your ticket(s) and place card(s). Please do not arrive before that time as the Navy Ball Committee and event staff will be putting the finishing touches on the ballroom.

Can I sponsor a Sailor?
Yes - And thank you! We will work directly with military leadership to ensure that these ticket donations are allotted to Sailors from the lowest ranks up. The link to Sponsor a Sailor can be found on our main page. When you scroll down, look for the anchor logo and you'll see the words "Sponsor a Sailor". Here you will find the link to donate tickets to as many Sailors as you wish.

About the Event:

What is the expected attire for the evening?
Dress your best! For our military personnel, please wear your Dinner Dress Blues or Service Dress. For civilians, please wear a coat and tie, cocktail dress, or gown. You're going to look great! 

What time does the event start?
Social Hour will begin promptly at 6:00PM. Please do not arrive to the ballroom before that time so that the Navy Ball Committee and hotel staff are able to put the finishing touches on the event space. The official ceremony will be kicking off at 6:45PM. We ask that you kindly be seated prior to the ceremony. 

Can I sit next to my friends/co-workers?
Of course! When purchasing your tickets, you will see a field to designate a table name (to be created amongst your group). Or you can designate a specific person that you'd like to sit with or near. We will do our very best to accommodate!

Will there be a photographer at the event?
Absolutely! Whether you're looking for formal portraits or some fun photo booth action, we have it all. We can't wait to see your photos so be sure to tag and share with us over social media!​​​​​​​


About Accommodations: 

How do I book hotel reservations?
The link to our group reservation rate can be found on our main page. When you scroll down, look for the hotel logo and you'll see the words "Hotel Accommodations". Here you will find the link directly with the hotel as well as any pertinent group code information.

Will my parking be comp'ed?
When your ticket is collected at the event, you will be handed a pass for free Self Parking at the casino.

What time is check in?
Hotel check in will begin promptly at 4:00PM. Please note that there may be an additional fee for those who wish to check in early.


About Corporate Sponsorships:

What are the benefits to being a Corporate Sponsor?
We so greatly appreciate the businesses, clubs, and organizations that are willing to donate to our cause! With many sponsorship options to choose from, you have the opportunity to be featured in our event program.. and even attend the Navy Ball! We can provide you with our W-9 and/or an invoice upon request. 

What if my Corporate Sponsorship includes tickets to the Navy Ball?
Please email us to coordinate your Corporate Sponsorship tickets! We will reach out with a promo code unique to your organization which will zero out the cost of the ticket. However, please let us know if you will not be utilizing your tickets so that we can donate them to junior Sailors!
 

About Donating:

What does my donation go towards?
Throwing an event of this magnitude comes at a price, of course. This event is expected to host between 600-700 active-duty military, veterans, retirees, DoD civilians and civilians from across the state! Your donations not only help to fund the event, but also make it more affordable for our junior active-duty Sailors so that they can better celebrate the Navy Ball without any financial burden. 

Can I write my donation off on my taxes?
Yes! We are a registered and recognized 501(c)(3)! If you itemize your deductions, you may deduct charitable contributions made to qualified organizations. You will automatically receive a receipt (which will include our EIN) when you donate on our GiveButter website.
